Your First Consultation
In our first consultation, the exam portion takes anywhere from 45-60 minutes to ensure that we have covered all areas of concern. We provide you with a health assessment which will show you how we feel we can best help you with our chiropractic techniques and then we discuss your health history as well as any family history you would like to share. Having this information gives us a better picture of who you are as a patient and allows us to create the best course of treatments possible.
Following your visit, our chiropractors will analyze the results of your diagnostic testing and examination and create a customized plan to help you achieve your specific health and wellness goals.
Follow-up Appointment
At this appointment, we discuss with you all the information about subluxations, which is the treatment method that has to do with treating nerve interference which can cause issues in the central nervous system. Also in this meeting, we will finalize your treatment plan and go over any concerns we may have found and create health goals to promote healthy living. As always, questions are welcome and encouraged. We believe in educated patients and will share everything we can with you, but if we do not answer a question or you have a concern, our team receives them with pleasure.

The Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic Therapies
Cervical Traction can relieve muscle spasms by stretching soft tissues, increasing the space between cervical vertebrae. Depending on the diagnosis received from our chiropractors, there are two options for cervical traction at based on the position of your cervical spine; 1) Seated Traction 2) Walking Traction.
Neuromuscular Reeducation (NMR): Wobble Board and Stepper are two therapies that play a vital role in the correction of subluxations. Among many things, NMR techniques are used to improve posture, coordination, and balance when done consecutively and repeatedly. These therapies can also help contribute to a patient’s upper and lower thoracic concerns.
Therapeutic Exercise (TEX): Therapeutic techniques are designed to improve and restore musculoskeletal and neurologic function.
